Delivery & Pickup

  1. How long does VAP order takes to be delivered? In most cases, delivering the order takes between 2-3 working days. Except for customized products, delivery may take up to 6 working days.
  2. How do I track my VAP order? You can log into your account to view your orders section and check the status of the order you want to track. Or through the tracking number you receive from the delivery courier.
  3. To what regions do you deliver? Our delivery service covers all regions in Lebanon without any exceptions.
  4. From where I can pickup my VAP order? We are located in Tyre city - South Governate. We send the order package and give you the pickup address within 1-3 working days.
  5. Are there fees on pickup orders?  Pickup orders are free of any further charges. You only pay for the items you ordered.
  6. Is international shipping available? Recently we offer local delivery only, international shipping is our next goal.
