  1. How do I shop a VAP product? You may select your preferred item(s) and add it to the cart. Then proceed to checkout page to see the added item(s) and apply a coupon if available. Finally fill your address and place your order. If you face any difficulties kindly contact us to help.
  2. How do I know if my VAP order was placed successfully? If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully. You can also log into your account to view your orders section.
  3. Why I can't receive my order confirmation email? The order confirmation email may sometimes fall into your Spams/Junk folder, please check it after few minutes from placing the order. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please text or email us and we will investigate further.
  4. Do you exchange product(s)? Exchange is available under some conditions: 1- You send your request within 48 hours from the date of delivery. 2- The product(s) you received and want to exchange are in the same condition as received, not used and repacked well. 3- If the product(s) was received not as described or damaged during delivery. 4- You handle full further delivery costs that may occur.
  5. Do you return product(s) and refund? Return is available under some conditions: 1- You send your request within 24 hours from the date of delivery. 2- The product(s) you received and want to return are in the same condition as received, not used and repacked well. 3- If the product(s) was received not as described or damaged during delivery. 4- We refund what have been paid for ordered product(s) only, excluding delivery charges.

6. Is cancellation available? As for our terms, cancellation is not available only under limited conditions: 1- Something urgent happened with the customer. 2- Unexpected delay in delivering the order.

7. Once a product is sold out, do you restock? It depends. Products some of our products are always restocked or updated to a better version. While some cases and accessories cannot be restocked due to international shipping and availability of new designs.

  1. What payment methods are available? Cash on delivery or transferring by OMT/Whish.
  2. What currencies are available?

Currency 1: Lebanese Lira (LBP) at exchange rate.
